HiI am looking to rent a furnished bedroom or bedrooms in my four bedroom house. I can rent a room for $450/month or the whole split level basement for $750/month. The lower level has two bathrooms a laundry room and a living room. The house is clean and in good shape and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house is on Wiley Post between Turnagain and Wisconsin on the west side of town. It is less than a mile from the Coastal Trail and about a 15 minute bike ride/10 minute drive to downtown.I am a 34 year-old male and like to spend my free time outside. Thanks Michal
